5 World Trade Center
On Stage Concerts, New York, NY
The Friday evening Live Music Concerts given Outdoors on the WTC Plaza will remain as fond memories to all of those that attended them. From a Salsa point of view the Plazza of the World Trade Center was an extraordinary place to listen, dance and experiance all of the people interactions of New York Salsa. The cool evenings, excelent company and fine music made one appreciate the surroundings much more. The central fountain with its modern sulpture the other works of art around the plazza were silent witnesses to the glee and delight of the concert goers.

After the September 11th, terrorist attacks none of these areas exist. Some of the Subways in the area have been damaged as well. The old stations were: Chambers Street Station on A,C, line or 1,2,3,9 line or World Tarde Center station on E line. Driving Directions: Zoomable Yahoo Map of Neighborhood.
